These websites are hosted via Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare acts as a data processor. Cloudflare has locations in the EU and the USA. For more information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

# Server Log Data

When you visit these pages, technically necessary data is collected in server logs: IP address, date and time, requested URL. This processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation) and is not merged with other data. Permanent storage occurs only to the extent required for technical maintenance.

# Nostr Relay Connection

All pages on this website establish a preconnect to the Nostr relay at 0x-nostr-relay.fly.dev on page load for performance reasons. This involves a technical connection through which your IP address is transmitted to the relay infrastructure. The relay runs on Fly.io (Fly.io International Ltd., 2093 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703, USA). Fly.io acts as a data processor for this infrastructure. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in fast and secure message delivery).

# Nostr Contact Form

If you send a message via the Nostr button, it is encrypted and transmitted to me via the Nostr relay (0x-nostr-relay.fly.dev). The relay operator may process metadata (e.g. connection timestamp) for technical reasons. I am the sole recipient of the message content. Messages are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b or lit. a GDPR (contract initiation or consent).

# Cookies and Tracking

No cookies are set. No analytics, marketing or social media tracking is used.

# No Google Services

This website does not use any Google services (no Google Analytics, no Google Fonts, no reCaptcha, etc.). A reference to the Google privacy policy is therefore not required.
